Description |
CD28 is a T-cell-specific surface glycoprotein, playing key roles in T-cell activation, proliferation and survive. CD28 (recombinant human protein,19-152aa) is produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells as a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain. CD28 is expressed with a 242 amino acids hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The molecular weight of the total protein is 42.4kDa, and the size appear on SDS-PAGE around 40-57kDa. |
