Description |
CD137 (4-1BB) is a membrane protein belonged to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family. The expression of CD137 is found on various types of cells, including T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, follicular dendritic cells, NK cells, granulocytes and so on. CD137 can costimulate activated T cells, and the expression is largely related with CD8 T cells. |
