Description

Rapid Gel Safestain a ready-to-use, proprietary Coomassie G-250 stain that is specially prepared for rapid sensitive detection and safe, non-hazardous disposal.

Protocols

1. Rinse the SDS-PAGE gel for 3-5 min with distilled water on shaker.
2. Stain the SDS-PAGE gel with Rapid Gel Safestain solution (10-20mL) to cover the gel for 10min-2hr. Heating by microwave oven could speed up the staining.
3. Wash the gel with 20-40ml water for 1-3 times until the protein bands are clear.  Heating by microwave oven could speed up the washing.

Room temperature with lightproof.
